Terms & Policies

Payments: For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Money Orders.  Credit Cards are not accepted for payment when NET-30 terms are accepted.  We offer NET-30 billing upon receipt of a credit application.
Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving your order.  If the product is not in stock, we will notify you of an expected delivery date.  We ship regular delivery by Fedex Ground in most cases; the USPS is our second option for shipment. 
Minimum Orders:  None
Free Shipping: We offer FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING to all of our accounts in Colorado on all orders over $250.00. If your order is under $50, we charge a flat rate fee of $5.00 for shipping.  If your order is between $50 and $250.00, actual shipping charges will apply.
Damaged Goods: In the event that your shipment is damaged in transit, please notify us upon receipt of goods. For all damage claims, our shipper requires that we provide them with the original box that the package was sent in, and that they are notified within 24 hours of receipt.  Failure to notify us of damaged goods accordingly will result in forfeiture of any claim.
Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original resaleable condition within 30 days for a complete refund.  Please contact us for an RMA.  We do not offer prepaid freight for returns.
Overdue Accounts: Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.  A charge of $25 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds.  We reserve the right to reinstate COD or pre-payment terms based on payment history without notification.
