Spunky Pup is a US Manufacturer located in Minnesota.  They manufacture toys that are made from Organic Cotton and Recycled Water Bottles. 

The Clean Earth Line Plush is made from Recycled Water Bottles and it is imported, whereas the Clean Earth Rope and Bone line and Hydrants are Made in the USA.

The Organic Cotton and Woolies lines are both imported, but made from sustainable materials.
